Since 2016, Oliver has hosted guests from all over the world! Oliver has grown his Short-Term Rental (STR) portfolio from a single studio apartment in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to spread nationwide!

In 2021, Oliver created OurStay Vacations to help others grow their passive STR income effortlessly. When partnering with OurStay, Oliver will oversee all properties nationwide alongside our Quality Control Managers and other property maintenance teams/vendors to provide a personalized boots-on-the-ground approach.

Oliver is an experienced business leader with over 8-years of experience within the marketing/advertising, hospitality, and Short-Term Real Estate industries.
